Guaranteed Scholarships

Launched in 2022 with the Class of 2026, Guaranteed Scholarships ensure that Chicagoland families can afford a world-class Augustinian education for their sons. These scholarships are for all incoming freshmen who qualify and are renewable each year for students who maintain a 2.5 GPA.

Students and their families who plan to test at St. Rita must complete the Guaranteed Scholarship Verification form in order to receive tuition deductions.

  • $2,000 Annually
    $8,000 Total

    For all incoming freshmen who graduated from a Catholic grade school.

  • $1,500 Annually
    $6,000 Total

    For all incoming freshmen who have a parent serving as a full-time First Responder (Police, Firefighter, Paramedic).

    Please Note: Each student can only receive one of the First Responder, Four Star, or the Veteran Scholarships even if they qualify for more than one.

    Additionally, the parent who is the First Responder must be a responsible party on the FACTS tuition account.

  • $1,500 Annually
    $6,000 Total

    For all incoming freshmen who have a parent working full-time for the City of Chicago.

    Please Note: Each student can only receive one of the First Responder, Four Star, or the Veteran Scholarships even if they qualify for more than one.

    Additionally, the parent who is the City of Chicago Employee must be a responsible party on the FACTS tuition account.

  • $1,500 Annually
    $6,000 Total

    For all incoming freshmen who have a parent who is an active or retired member of the United States Armed Forces.

    Please Note: Each student can only receive one of the First Responder, Four Star, or the Veteran Scholarships even if they qualify for more than one.

    Additionally, the parent who is the Veteran must be a responsible party on the FACTS tuition account.

  • $1,000 Annually
    $4,000 Total

    For all incoming freshmen whose father or grandfather graduated from St. Rita.

  • $500 Annually
    $2,000 Total

    For all incoming freshmen whose parent is a teacher full-time in a Catholic grade school in the Archdiocese of Chicago, Diocese of Joliet, or Diocese of Gary.

    The parent who is the Catholic grade school teacher must be a responsible party on the FACTS tuition account.

  • $1,500 Per Son

    Families with multiple sons enrolled at St. Rita at the same time.

Did you know you each student can receive multiple Guaranteed Scholarships?

Families can qualify for several of the Guaranteed Scholarships each year. In some cases, one student can receive up to five of these scholarships, which would amount to $6,500 in tuition assistance annually and $26,000 over four years.

Please note that each student can only receive one of the First Responder, Four Star, or the Veteran Scholarships even if they qualify for more than one. On the other hand, it's possible for a student to receive the Catholic School Graduate, Legacy, Catholic School Educator, and the Brother Scholarships all at the same time.
