Director of Admissions – St. Rita of Cascia High School, Chicago, IL
St. Rita of Cascia High School is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Admissions. The Director of Admissions plans and oversees all aspects of enrollment management, including marketing for image and enrollment (in conjunction with the Director of Marketing) and recruiting, registering, and retaining students of high quality and character. The Director is responsible for contributing to the advancement of St. Rita High School by presenting the school accurately, professionally and attractively to prospective students and their families. The Director develops and cultivates relationships with prospective students and their families through school visits, shadow days, open houses, and academic and athletic recruiting events, as well as through a program of recurring personal contacts and communications.
The Director must be aware of and able to communicate the school’s mission, programs and features in all areas: Augustinian and Catholic identity, academics, athletics, student activities and service. The Director should have at least a bachelor’s degree, and be able to work occasional nights and weekends as necessary.
