Jahwon Akui won the National Wrestling Championship at 171lbs 

Coach Manzella has been asked to be the Head coach of Team Illinois for the National Dual Competition in Virginia Beach at the end of May.  Along with Coach Manzella, sophomore Johnny Anderson will be representing Team Illinois at 119lbs. and Junior Jahwon Akui will be representing Team Illinois at 171lbs.  Both wrestlers are from St. Rita.
