Shadow Day

Shadowing is the best opportunity for you to experience what it is like for you to be a St. Rita student. Any young man in the 7th and 8th grade who is interested in attending St. Rita can schedule a Shadow Day. You will be paired with a St. Rita Freshman or Sophomore and accompany that Ritaman throughout the school day.

You are permitted to schedule a Shadow Day on any day that St. Rita has a FULL day of school thru December 14.

There are no Shadow Days on the following Dates:

9/3, 10/4, 10/12, 10/15, 10/22, 11/21 – 11/23, 12/12, 12/19 – 1/7

Please Note: Each MONDAY school will begin 1 hr. later at 9:00 a.m.

Shadow Day Policy

  • Students will not be permitted to Shadow without prior arrangements.
  • Visiting students should arrive at 7:45 a.m. (8:45 a.m. on Mondays) in the main entrance. They will be dismissed at 2:25 p.m..
  • Visiting students must wear school attire: dress pants, dress shoes, and a collared shirt (polo shirts acceptable).
  • Lunch will be provided.
  • Parents of the visiting student are responsible for transportation to and from St. Rita High School.

St. Rita encourages prospective students to shadow with a currentfreshman or sophomore. If you do not have a preferred host, we will provide a host for you with common interests.
